Shipping Policy
Standard Orders – India & International
- • All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 2 (two) working days within India.
- • International orders are dispatched within 4–5 (four to five) working days from the date of order confirmation.
Pre-Orders & Customized Orders
- • All customized and pre-order items require a crafting lead time of up to 4 (four) weeks.
- • Upon completion, the order will be shipped within 2–3 (two to three) working days.
Payment Terms for Pre-Orders & Customization
- • A 50% (fifty percent) advance is required to confirm your booking.
- • The remaining 50% (fifty percent) balance must be cleared before dispatch.
- • Orders will not be shipped without receipt of full payment.
